You are not allowed to link to active web cameras (live-cams) or use image material from surveillance cameras.
All marketing should according to "Marknadsföringslagen (2008:486)" comply with good maketing pactice. Deviation from this might lead to legal responsibility.
It is directly forbidden to use information and personal data from Wroomberg to market other services by for example email or phone.
Wroomberg do not guarantee continous and uninterrupted access to our services. Access to our website might be interrupted by factors outside our control. Wroomberg make no guarantees about functionality or availability. Wroomberg do not accept responsibility for damage directly or indirectly caused by usage of our website. At technical errors our responsibility is limited to the price paid for the advert.

Wroomberg have no control of advertised items and take no part in the transaction between seller and buyer. Non personal information like for example motorcycle model information och images uploaded for public use will still be available without reference to your account. Information about for example paymenht transactions will be kept available as long as required in applicable law.
You should be aware that by starting usage of our services there is no further right of withdrawal.
These conditions and our services should be handled according to Swedish law, and disputes should be solved in Swedish legal system.
The price of any advert should be presented including applicable VAT for the intended market. An advert is published for 12 months from publishing if you do not remove it yourself.
Wroomberg gör inte anspråk på att nedan angiven information, med avseende på vad som kan anses vara olagligt eller otillbörligt och således inte får förekomma på webbplatsen, är komplett eller uttömmande. Informationen är således i dessa avseenden endast exemplifierande. Du ansvarar själv som användare för att den information som du lägger in i annonser inte strider mot gällande lagar och regler. Om en annons tas bort får du som användare ett tillgodohavande hos Wroomberg motsvarande betald annonskostnad. Tillgodohavandet är kopplat till ditt användarkonto och kan användas för köp av tjänster hos Wroomberg. Kontant återbetalning sker inte. Missbruk, manipulering eller användande av tjänsten i strid mot Wroombergs regler ger inte rätt till kompensation och kan innebära att eventuella tillgodohavanden ogiltigförklaras.
Pirated copies and counterfeits: It is not allowed to advertise pirated copies and counterfeits of known items. When advertising an item as original products you are asked to specifically certify authenticity of your product.
Tredjepartsinformation: När du lägger upp din annons kan viss tilläggsinformation komma att visas i anslutning till din annons. Sådan tilläggsinformation visas automatiskt och är baserad på den information som du som användare/annonsör lägger in, exempelvis kan viss kartinformation uppkomma baserat på postnummer och vissa fordonsuppgifter kan uppkomma i anledning av registreringsnummer. Dessa tilläggsuppgifter hämtas från externa system vilka tillhandahålls av tredje part och Wroomberg tar inget ansvar för eventuella felaktigheter. Du måste själv som annonsör kontrollera att dessa uppgifter är korrekta. Meddela gärna Wroomberg om något inte stämmer.
Länkar och hänvisningar: Länkar och hänvisningar i annonser skall vara relevanta för varan eller tjänsten du annonserar om. Samma regler gäller för länkarna som för annonsen i övrigt, d.v.s. du som användare kan komma att ansvara för innehållet på den webbsida du länkar till. Vidare är det inte tillåtet att länka eller referera till en annan annons- eller auktionswebbplats. Det är ej tillåtet att länka eller hänvisa till sidor där relevant information är dold bakom medlemskap eller på annat vis är lösenordsskyddad.
Bilder och filmer: Bilder och filmer skall vara relevanta för varan eller tjänsten du annonserar om och får inte innehålla övrig text, företagsnamn, logotyper, URL:er eller andra grafiska tillägg som kan tolkas som generell företagsmarknadsföring. Det är inte heller tillåtet att systematiskt använda ramar eller andra grafiska effekter i annonsens bild(er) som medför att annonsen framhävs på bekostnad av andra annonser.
För fordon måste bilden föreställa fordonet i annonsen och samma bild får inte användas i mer än en annons samtidigt. Det är inte tillåtet att ta bilder och filmer från andra annonser utan annonsörens medgivande. Dessa kan vara skyddade under upphovsrättslagen.
Avseende bilder och annat innehåll i annonser, se också ovan i dessa villkor under punkten användargenererat innehåll. Användargenererat innehåll överlåts till Wroomberg varvid full äganderätt tillkommer Wroomberg.
Vattenstämplar och logotyper: Bilder publiceras med Wroomberg logo och vattenstämpel. Detta görs för att förhindra att bilderna används i andra sammanhang som inte medgivits av dig som användare. Det är därför inte tillåtet att infoga egen vattenstämpel i bild eller film som kan tolkas som generell företagsmarknadsföring.
Logotyper: Det är inte tillåtet att använda annans logotyp i en annons (oavsett om logotypen är del av en bild eller film) utöver sådan logotyp som finns på den vara som annonseras. Företagslogotyper får inte användas som bilder.
Deklaration av försäljning: Inkomsten från enstaka försäljningar, behöver du inte ta upp i deklarationen om den totala vinsten är mindre än 50 000 kr. Om du säljer varor regelbundet ska du dock redovisa inkomsten i deklarationen oavsett om du har tjänat mycket eller lite pengar. Du redovisar inkomsterna som hobbyverksamhet eller som näringsverksamhet, beroende på verksamhetens syfte och hur stor omfattning den har. Läs mer hos Skatteverket.
Annonser kan betalas i förskott med vissa givna summor som sedan används för betalning vid annonsering.
Ränta: Det utgår ingen ränta på innestående medel.
Saldo: Du ser hur mycket pengar (Credits) som finns på ditt saldo på "Mina Sidor".
Överföring: Det är inte möjligt att överföra innestående medel till andra användarkonton.
Uttag: Tillgodohavande kan inte återbetalas kontant utan måste användas för köp av varor och tjänster hos Wroomberg.
